Those of you who grew up watching Cow and Chicken or I.M. Weasel should recognize The Red Guy (AKA Mr. Devlin AKA Rear Admiral Floyd AKA Captain Butts Pirate AKA Lance Sackless AKA Dr. Laxslax, and many, many more). Anyways, I was watching reruns of Cow and Chicken a while back and I realized that he almost definitely needed to be drawn wearing lolita.
