Cyber goth loli 2

I saw a similar hood on eBay a while back, and thats basically what inspired this drawing. I've had this drawn and half-colored for ages, but I just got around to finishing it yesterday. And yeah, I tried digital coloring again. I still don't know how to use this program, so I used the same bass ackwards coloring method I did for the Flapjack picture. Im still surprised that it manages to not look horrible.
